I have been designing and writing with a UX mindset for over 3 years now, and my experiences over the last 7+ years have involved writing creatively, technically, and academically.

My past experiences in Fine Art taught me the value of creative problem solving, iteration, and how to connect the dots between both the big and small pictures. I now apply those lessons I learned in my approach to UX Writing.

As a style guide and brand voice enthusiast, I love it when I can write human-centered copy that balances the user and business needs while aligning with the style guide, and brand voice, and tone. I’m also wildly passionate about writing ethically, and inclusively, and believe that when we write ethically for everyone, everybody wins.

I am a certified User Experience Designer, holding a professional certification from Springboard, as well as a BFA degree from Herron School of Art + Design at IUPUI.

When I’m not at work, I’m usually writing my novel, drawing, printmaking, or enjoying time in nature with my partner.
